Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All donations made to Hussaini Welfare Association Nagaram are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is applied toward our charitable objectives and cannot be cancelled or returned under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptional Cases

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

• The donation was made in error (e.g., multiple times for the same cause).
• The donor’s account was debited due to a technical error, system failure, or fraudulent transaction.

3. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The donor will be notified once the process is initiated. Processing timelines may vary depending on the donor’s bank/payment provider.
